I know several of those on the list and say a big congrats to each and everyone. However, there is one person who made the list that is very special, Ines. She was my apprentice during the Project Blogger contest at Active Rain and what an apprentice she was! We enjoyed our partnership in that contest immensely and grew to be friends as a result. Way to go, Ines! You (and all the others on the list) certainly deserve it.

Awwww, shucks. Thanks guys. But come on, a calendar? That's so old-school. I like Ardell's dancing to Tom Jones idea, only you put it on a widget that gets distributed throughout the blogosphere and of course you serve ads around it at the point of distribution and hey, btw, I want my 1/12th share... ;)

Congratulations to all these great women. They each operate very successful blogs in their own right, but I'd have to say Diane Cohn's renorealtyblog.com is hands down the best. Diane (and her co-author) really take things to the next level with their views on the Reno RE market. Diane and her co-author's timely and spirited discussions of the Reno RE Market are sometimes controversial, sometimes provocative, but always informative. Congratulations, Diane! Keep up the good work.

p.s. Rudy, I loved the video and especially the Tom Jones clip.

Echoing what Sundream said, it's almost shocking to see how successful many women have found themselves in real estate. Amicable personalities, extensive neighborhood knowledge, and great networking and customer service skills are the key.
